Refund Policy and Returns

This policy is applicable to all product sales, unless otherwise specified in the product or range description. 

Returning products which have been damaged during transport or are flawed.

If the product has been damaged or is faulty please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will then ask you to send us 5 photographs to verify the condition of the item you wish to return.

Please ensure that prior to signing, you check that the packaging is intact.

Damages will be refunded provided you email through the contact us form as soon as possible after the delivery and are able to send us photographic evidence of the flaw or defect.

In the case of damaged products, we will arrange for the collection of the items at our own cost.

Returning all other products.

You can return an item you've purchased from our store if you have changed your mind. Our returns policy lasts 15 business days. If 15 business have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.


We try to keep our furniture prices as low as possible. We believe quality furniture should also be accessible. As we're striving to continue using this pricing strategy, we're relying on customers to bear the direct cost of returning products to us.

We will collect the products from you, if you agree that we may charge you the following return fees based on the size of each product to cover our direct costs:

  • Large items (e.g.  Wardrobes) - first item £100, subsequent large items £50
  • Medium (e.g. bookcases, desks, sideboards, chest of drawers, storage and display cabinets, dining, armchairs) - first item £50, subsequent medium items £25
  • Small items (e.g. benches, small tables, chairs, mirrors, lamps, clocks) – first item £20, subsequent small items £10

In some cases it is possible to use alternative delivery methods. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us if transport was not arranged by us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow 15 business days after we've confirmed receiving and accepted the refund for the payment to go through.
If you haven’t received a refund yet and the 15 business days have passed, please check with your bank or credit provider.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here.
